  1. Q. I Like what I see, how do I order?
    If you're at our website, simply choose the product, type in the personalisation details (name, quote, charms, etc). Add the final product to your cart, add more and then add some more if you like. Voila, you're ready to checkout, choose payment option, insert shipping details, and await the goodies.

    How do I get a confirmation that my order has been placed?
    You will receive an email with order confirmation, and one more email when your order is finally shipped out. Incase of any queries, we are available on WhatsApp on +91 96191 44992

    Q. What is the material used for all the products?
    We love animals and can assure you that none of them are ever harmed while we make our products. All our products are made of the finest vegan / faux Leather there possibly is. Be prepared for people to get amazed when you tell them that this is faux leather!


    Q. Can I get special characters or number customised on the products?
    Sorry, we don't have any special characters. We have only All English Capital Alphabets and numbers which can be customised on all our products.

    Q. How safe is paying online?
    Our payment gateway is compliant with world-class security norms. Feel absolutely secure with using online modes of payment. In case it makes you feel safer, we've safely completed over 20,000 transactions already on this same platform.

 

  1. What about shipping charges and those taxes that hurt?

All are prices are inclusive of shipping charges within India and all applicable taxes. Breathe easy, you're paying only what you see.

  1. How much taxes are charged on all products?
    As per the new Government rule, 28% GST is charged on all the products, which is included in the price.

    Q. Why can't I pay through COD?
    We don't have COD payment option. But you can place the order using Netbanking/Debit or Credit cards/ E-Wallets.

    Q. What should I do if my payment fails?
    In case of a payment failure, please retry while making sure:

    The information that you use on the payment gateway is accurate. Check the following: Account details, Billing address, Passwords for Netbanking, Secure Code or OTP for card payment, Undisrupted Internet at the time of payment.

    However, despite all this if your account is still debited after a payment failure, don’t worry, simply call us on +919619144992 / 22653737 and we will address your issue.

    Q. How will I receive my order?
    Your order will be shipped to the address provided by you. Only the best courier companies are partnered with us to try our best that your order reaches you in perfect condition.
  2. What is the delivery time for the order?
    Your product should reach you within 3-4 working days once you place your order.
